In Portrait of Fear, Grace (portrayed by Lainy Larsen) is haunted by her inability to let go of her sister, Emily (played by Vivian Amirault). In a desperate bid for closure, Grace performs a private ritual—one that plunges her into a supernatural encounter with the dead. As she attempts to reach Emily, the line between memory and malevolence blurs. What begins as a hopeful reunion takes on a chilling tone as the sister’s presence manifests in unsettling ways, suggesting that grief has unleashed something far darker than the memories Grace clings to.
